EDRO Plan is our mobile application. OpenPlan is our web workspace based on Plane. Plan work, assign tasks and keep track of deadlines in one place.

Your preferred workflow

Use the web workspace or EDRO Plan on your phone. Google integration is optional; task management works without it.

Your tasks in Google

Connect your own Google account, choose a workspace and select one of two modes. You choose the destination and enable synchronization yourself.

Google Calendar events

Plane tasks with due dates appear as events in a calendar you select. Changes to the linked Plane task update its event; deletion removes the linked event. Google event edits do not update Plane.

Google Tasks

Plane tasks with due dates appear in a task list you select. Mark a linked task complete or reopen it in either service and its completion status is synchronized. Google Tasks stores the date without time.

Synchronization applies to tasks for which you are the assignee or creator and which have a due date. It does not import unrelated Google tasks into Plane.

Why we ask for access

Google email: to identify the account you connected.
Calendar mode: access to the calendar list to choose a writable destination, and event access to create, update and delete linked events.
Tasks mode: access to task lists and tasks to choose a list, manage linked tasks and synchronize completion. This mode does not request Calendar access.

We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising or AI model training. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. Connect or disconnect

Sign in to your OpenPlan workspace.
Open your profile menu → Google Calendar.
Select a workspace and sync mode, then connect your Google account.
Select a calendar or task list and enable synchronization.

You can disconnect in the same settings page or revoke access in Google Account connections. Disconnecting stops future synchronization; previously created Google entries remain until you delete them.

EDRO Plan — мобильное приложение, OpenPlan — наш веб-сервис на базе Plane для проектов, задач и сроков. Доступ к рабочему пространству предоставляет администратор. Подключение Google необязательно.

В профиле → «Google Календарь» можно выбрать режим событий Calendar или задач Google Tasks. Синхронизируются задачи со сроком, где вы исполнитель или автор. В режиме Tasks выполнение и возврат в работу передаются в обе стороны; название и срок задаются в Plane.

Доступ можно отключить в настройках. Данные Google не продаются и не используются для рекламы или обучения ИИ. Подробнее — в политике конфиденциальности.
